Selling Chinooks is the personal real estate brand of Savanna Theroux, a highly regarded and well-connected realtor based in Calgary, AB. Known for her professionalism and deep roots in the local housing market, Savanna sought a digital presence that reflected her expertise and elevated her brand, ensuring clients could engage with her in a professional, approachable, and visually compelling way.
Logo Design
The logo for Selling Chinooks was designed to communicate both refinement and connection to the local landscape. The logotype utilizes the New York font, an elegant serif with distinctive character that conveys professionalism and sophistication. The tail of the “G” extends gracefully over “Chinook,” evoking the flow of a river or a breeze—an homage to Calgary’s natural environment and the brand’s deep connection to the region.
In addition, a complementary monogram was developed, seamlessly merging the “S” and “C” into a single, fluid mark. This versatile symbol reinforces the brand’s refined yet approachable identity and provides a recognizable emblem for digital, print, and social media applications.

Brand Development
Building on the logo, a warm and refined brand identity was created to capture the balance between nature, comfort, and professionalism. The color palette blends soft earthy tones, rich chocolate and coffee browns, creamy whites, and a bright golden yellow accent—evoking warmth, sophistication, and approachability.
Typography plays a central role in defining the brand’s personality. New York provides a high-class serif elegance, while Quasimoda complements it with modern, rounded forms, ensuring readability across both print and digital touchpoints. Mountain imagery grounds the visual identity, symbolizing Alberta’s rugged landscape and the protection, stability, and comfort that home represents. Together, these elements create a cohesive and visually distinctive brand that resonates with clients and reflects Savanna’s trusted presence in the local market.

Stationary Design
To extend the brand experience across every client touchpoint, a complete suite of branded stationery was developed. This includes business cards, envelopes, welcome home cards, brochures, letterheads, and information packet folders—all unified through the warm color palette, elegant typography, and consistent design language. The result is a polished, professional presentation that reinforces client confidence and strengthens the overall brand experience.

Web Design & Development
The final stage of the project involved designing and developing a modern, inviting website that embodies the warmth, professionalism, and approachability of Savanna’s brand. The site integrates the earthy tones and elegant typography of the visual identity, creating a welcoming online experience for prospective clients.
A key feature is the automated home listings integration, which pulls data directly from Savanna’s brokerage website. This ensures that listings remain accurate and up to date, eliminating manual updates and allowing Savanna to focus on serving her clients. The result is a seamless, high-performing digital platform that reflects her trusted reputation and provides a user-friendly, visually engaging experience that aligns with her brand’s values.
